All I can say about this show is FANTASTIC!!!! Great way to end the show calendar year! My day started at 8am where I met Justin and his TVR and we convoyed off to south mimms services to meet the essexboyz along with some Girl Racer people (hello Vicki, Nikki and Ells with Dawn).
After a lovely welcome message over the walkie-talkies and a few laps of the roundabout we headed off around the M25 and up the M1. Justin and I pulled off to meet charlotte aka 206CC who was very late ;) eventually when she got there and her mate Jamie aka street ka on the walkie-talkies we headed back off for Silverstone taking the cross-country scenic route. When we got there after the 3 mile long queue we parked up and found paul_y3k to give him his huge spoiler and Julia and Aimee and we all queued up to get tickets.
Once we got in we went for a wonder around going past the Peugeot stands and finding mellies car but no mellie. We then went down to the pit area where I got a very trigger-happy finger with my camera hehehehe!!! As you can see from the pictures. Oh and Paul thanks for taking the pics of me with the lovely ladies of trax :o) P.S. God bless the fast car stand!!!!
Then we went to have a look at some track action and then some 0-60 action (which was won by a nova in 2.8 secs) The Scooby’s were by far the most entertaining on the track going at it proper unlike the others I saw. Also visited one of the Honda stands where I saw a lovely blue Integra Type R DC5 like mine that I’m getting…. Gorgeous!!!!!
Was a great day out, loads of gorgeous motors, women and was a great laugh with good company!!! Great to see everyone who I knew again and hope to see you all soon
